                                                           The Last Lecture 

                 

                This was a great journey; I had the opportunity to learn a lot of new things.During this semester I got really to learn who I am and what are my desires and how can I use this knowledge in profit of the entrepreneurship. This journey was organized to develop the ability and understand better what an entrepreneur does, what is his lifestyle and  the impact on the society, but what most important things how to keep a balance between your work and family.I got to learn to follow my dreams or better remind me of my big dreams that I forgotten during the way. The lecture on this course brought big hope and taught how to dream big again.  All the case studies were interesting and created big hope based on their success story. And of course I had to learn how to discern what are the projects and goals to follow most and what are the ones to invest more. I learn how to build a life of meaning and not guided by the desire to make the community a better place. At the beginning of the journey my main purpose was creating a wealth and making money but I learn that in this journey if you are drifted by the money you are not going anywhere and going to end-up miserable at the end. To succeed you need to have a dipper meaning and of course will made this path easier.The 100 $ project help realizing in practice in small scale the life of an entrepreneurs. Who wants to going into business need to start small and enjoy the journey while he will see his company grows and become better.I am grateful that I had the opportunity to attend this course and being able to develop further my knowledge on Entrepreneurship and of course how to combine the principle of the gospel into it.

Entrepreneur Journal Week 12

                                       Failing Forward.

                  Learning Process 

         Failing is need to success This the main idea idea that I got from the lesson this week is to see failure as process and opportunity that will bring success. Its hard most of the times to see failure as something good or at least to have the tolerance to failure. The main idea  is try and try and until you find the right way and something that was new this week is treat life as an experiment. Nothing will last long enough but when you fail, even when you thought you found the perfect formula you need to get yourself together and get up again and try it again. The main philosophy is that risk is everywhere but we need to be optimistic and never give up on our dreams. I think that being even in process of trying to do better or improve yourself .

That was the final week time to close the business.  This week we didn't do any online advertising for our product and turn  out that no selling this week. As a product I like and I could get out more of it but if where in the winter season where or the holidays coming up. Summer time people are not that into the gift boxes but anyway turn out to be good. This week we just deal with a few custom complaints about the product not being yet delivered by the post. So we learn how to satisfy our customers and to calm them down and assure them that everything is OK and on their way. This part too was important to learn how to deal with the customer even after the selling is done.

                                          Buying a Business or Family Business 

100 $ challenge 

On the activity 100 $ challenge. I keep selling the boxes the brand ones sell more than the others and I don't know why but most people like the Swarovski boxes. So this week I was able to find some other ones used and in meanwhile I found even a place where they sell packing and other material so I can get even new ones boxes. Question mark is this people who are buying the boxes using them for the right purpose. I don't want that ,they will buy a boxes and than put a fake product and sell it for real Swaorvski, so I don't know what happened with my product after I sell it. I don't know if I am helping the counter fit, but in the same time its interesting how many people asked for this product in inbox. 

Learning 

In the learning material this week was interesting to see the vantages of buying an existing business. Buying an actual business can be very profitable and you will not started from the beginning but this option is when you don't have time to start a new business, and of course when you don't have an idea and think the idea of other can be profitable.

When you buy an existing business need to figure out why they are selling, and this can be different reasons like, problems with the location, problem with the marketing in the area, problems with the furniture and other question that need to be resolved before enter in this adventure. 

Family business something that really stuck in mind this week was the succession ownership plan. Its something that most of the business in Albania don't have it or they never think about it since its a problem with the vision they don't think they will make it that long. It important to have in mind that who is going to be the successor of the company and what are the criteria of choosing him. What will happen with the company and the family too. It something that want to discussed  as family with the all the members.

                                                    Making a living and life


100 $ challenge

To grow and keep steady a business take a lot of hard work and you need to think of different processes. In our case we need to think even about getting the right amount on time. This looks something that would not happen easily to reach 100 $ with our selling product. While thinking what need to do to boost our selling since its not even a period of holidays where people make gifts. An idea came to my mind instead of offering normal random gift boxes with paper bags why we could just offer brand gift boxes. I learn that people would like that and they would pay even more for bag that has a brand name on it instead of random one. I looked into Ebay that were someone who is selling this kind of product but in the section used condition. So I collect from family and friend the brand gift boxes they had like Swarovski Tiffany and Co, Bvulgari, Armani Jewelry watches. I got 3 Swarosvki paper bag and boxes that got sold pretty easy this week and made 30$ out of them. They were in good condition but used and this intriguer me to find more or to order some personalized one. On the other hand I don't know if this is ethical correct. It makes my bussines a level A business or a level B or C.

Learning process
In the article Making a living and life I really like some point out of it and bring some new concepts.
There are different level of business and of course different level of employees.It depends on what drive you more that make the difference in what level you are. So if you are focused on money and not in the helping others you probably will end up in end failing. If you are focused on the kingdom of God and servings others profits will come. We can become a level A employee and of course as businesses owner we need to find these employees to work for us.  I like in the talk when he mention that are we involved directly or indirectly in some issue that we don't know how to act on since it is in contradict with our beliefs.

   Week 8

100 $ challenge

        So this week we had to give on a purchase in fact since the postal office didn't guarantee that the item will be delivered correctly. The item was going to be sent to South America and that was not possible and we got to learn too other country where are item are not available to be sold and we did the necessary correction on the eBay listed to the product. This  week to help the selling grow up we decide to give personalized gift boxes for your jewelry where people who write their name or picture this will have a better impact on the customhouses and will help made it to our goal. I have a friend who is ready to help if we get order to be personalized gift boxes.

Learning process 

        This week was all about processing and I like the idea of always improving  and find new ways of have a solid business process. BPI is a set tools and approaches that the managers apply to the companies,

It goes into six steps Planing a process of improvement  Analyzing the existing business process, Redesigning,Acquire resources, Implement, Continually improve. This are the steps of BPI. I want to share to a concept got from the video of Guy Kawasaki he explained the difference between now and than bussines and how we need to shoot for the star and we are born for big thing, Our goal need to be to change the world and we can change the world and even get profit out of it. When we look back we can see if did something good for the community and end up to being rich. Worst scenario we did something great just not Rich. Instead if we were drifted by the money we will sure fail and end up miserably.

                                    Finding Great People 

100 $ challenge 

Our product and project is alive. This week we lunch our item for sale on E bay., and did some online advertising share our pages, on Facebook Instagram and Google + and invite some of our friend and ask some of my friends who had some fun pages to promote our E bay link. We get selling this week that was something that I didn't excepted to happen so fast but the not many and the profit its low, its hard to get our target of 100$, that will take time just need to figure out a solution. An other problem is the get the money the cash that takes a lot of time too since it will take 30 days to release the money that they go active into your account and then you can withdraw them. Paypal will transfer the money automatically every month on the first day of the  month and then from the Paypal account to my personal bank account it will take other 5 days. So if don't want to wait until the first week of the month you can ask to withdraw the money that are available by paying 5$ commission. This is something that bothers me and will take a lot of time that we don't have.

     Finding great people and how to hire the right people. This week we learned how to conduct a interview about hiring and distinguish the right people for your company, because you can have as a candidate someone that is really talented and well experienced but he probably will not fit to the company vision or culture. Hiring the wrong people can make more damage to the company than good, and what its hard after you hire someone is the part of firing them get off the bus or reassign their role on the company. Before every meeting prepare yourself and read the candidate profile resume and prepare some good question that help you get the right information from the candidate. Usually are open-ended question that are preferred to use according to the situation and try to avoid the closed question. This is after you have made it clear in your mind for who are you looking for and what its role going to be.

                          Management and Leadership

This week main focus was on leadership. About leadership that's a lot of talks and training and thought, but this week there two concept that hit me. First is about the difference between a leader and a good leader. The main difference is called emotional intelligence and is the ability that someone has to control his emotions and to use for the good of the situation. Its a set of five principles self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. Study's had shown that truly effective leaders are distinguished  by a high degree of emotional intelligence. The IQ the academic learning are really important that qualifies your for a leadership position but this attributes just open the door for you, good leaders use emotional intelligence to make the best out of that position and make the difference in the leadership world today. An other aspect is the difference between leaders and managers it is a talk by Hugh W. Nibley Leaders to Managers the Fatal Shift. Managers tend to please their superior and they play safe without taking much risk and are very predictable and try to establish a normal routine and a finial security in the other hand Leaders creative, unpredictable, inventive take risk and they try always to please the low ranks. I think that every managers should have a little bit  the spirit of a leader so they can achieve better results.

The 100$ project this week were still quit and still waiting hopefully the package will be here next week if not I still going to published online and give it time for people to learn and be familiar with it.

Customer Focus 

              This week I want to talk about something that really hit. Not every customer is a good customer and some is better to not have them as customers. Studies showed that it cost more to the company in fact 5 times more to the company to obtain a new customer instead of keeping and working with an old one. I was one of them who didn't tend to develop a long term relationship with the customers. I had the mind set in the moment that the product is bought the job is done.I need to look for a new client now and find ways how to sell to more clients. I was so wrong. I learn that there is the moment where everything start and need to develop a good relationship with the customers, that will help save money on marketing and of course keeping a good relationship with you customers will generate other customers an increase your positive feedback from the clients. There are some customers which are completely  wrong for your company. Successful companies know exactly who their ideal customers are, and they focus their energy on creating products to please them. In my work I have seen customer who are there just for the promotion time and than they live and when you think about the time and resources that where spend to get those customer in the end was not even worthy it. Not every customer is a good customer.

              On the 100$ Challenge thing are going well but slowly still waiting for the package to arrive the tracking number shows that is on its way. Something I did this week was to look at our competitors and see what they are selling and what they do best or how is going for them. I decide to compete on price and offering some additional product like paper bag that goes along with the packing box.

                                 Building your Brand

                     As weeks go by I like more and more this class and principle learned into it. I want to start with the 100$ project. This week I didn't do much progress since I am still waiting for the tracking number form the supplier so I can learn where the item and when it get closer I can start my marketing and publishing it online. This week I set the Paypal account into selling account its 5% of the income in every selling that goes to Paypal and create a eBay template selling. Cant wait to lunch it. 

This week I found the e corner video really inspiring and the principle taught by Guy Kawasaki Know Thyself and Niche Thyself  it is really important to know your product and the need that is for that product. You can have an unique product but if people doesn't need it or there is no demand for it its pointless. He mention also that if you have a good product but there are also even 10 competitors than in this case you have to play the game with the price by lowing it or creating a balance so you can make the difference. 

also he talked about Keys to Increasing Your Likability, because if people doesn't like you is hard to be impressed by you or to like your product. First impressions are really important. 3 Key principle you need to have a good smile and be positive, dress for the occasion and have a good hand shake. If you start well you are halfway done.

Lesson 4 

Founding Your Budget 

        This week was all about budgeting and how to help your company start up and it really demonstrate how important is budgeting for a company, It doesn't matter at what stages it may be if they fail in budgeting they set up their self into failure. It is important to not underestimate the power of the variable cost, because most of the time they predict your future. In every aspect being a head of a family or a head of your company an important key word is SAVE. Saving will allow overcome your rainy days or when unexpected thing will happen. Saving are important even when you want to achieve a goal or something you need to plan it a had of time and save little by little so you don't get your self bounded in debt. Sometimes debt are so powerful that you may loose control of your company or even you life. This week for 100 $ project we need to figure out how we are going to provide the money. I choose to use my personal founds and of course pay my self back later. Since the budget need to be limited to 20$ for my project I choose to order a smaller amount and to get a cheaper shipping or free shipping that will take longer time to arrive in Albania. I figure out in meanwhile we can start promoting online our products.

 Business Plan  

            This week we got lo learn about Business Plan in very detailed way. I was used to a simply business plan in a few steps that it was not even necessary to wrote down but in what I learn this week I was far far way from the truth. I figure out that having a set up business plan can help you see where you are and what you have in plan to achieve so where you are going. In the HMM activity and reading it was describe really well the components of the business plan. I think the more detailed your plan is the better it is, this in the case of personal use. When you have to presented to the investor I think you need to make more concrete and shorter and emphasis the point of when and how those money will be return to them,and whats their profit.

In the 100$ challenge I decided to go online this will take longer time to develop but its less time consuming and I can manage it from through my smartphone and answer question and email of costumer. I choose a simple idea to buy cheap and sell with profit. I figure out that there are some website that help you get in contact with the China manufacture product or they sell to you. So I decide to order from them and sell it on eBay first. I choose the packing boxes and packing bag that it was cheap and didn't cost to much to start and people would buy it since there were a big request on them. I figure out that sometimes you need a box for you gift or sometimes you damage your box and need a replacement for your gift or for just to keep it in your house at to look good. So I think people would order and I decide to lunch in eBay UK rather ebay.com since its more easy to sell there is higher request and the shipping cost from my country to Europe and Uk is cheaper and faster.

                    Week two                  Opportunities and ideas



                  This was a pretty intense week with a lot material to read, but that gave me a lot of information on the entrepreneur world, I liked the special report on entrepreneurs, got me an new perspective on this fields and whats important , I realize that I would not be alone to achieve and grow my business idea.

Today business model are changing and new ideas are raising up, I brainstormed some ideas for my 100 $ project and the big idea. I am focus more on the personalize your Nuttella idea and the fruit stand with fruit juice. In the material this week was interesting article on how to foster creativity by Kathleen R. Allen, Which they look good to follow anytime.
 1. Carry a notebook.
 -Ideas can come anytime. If you write them down, you will remember
them
2. Think opportunistically.
 -Pay attention to everything. Start questioning what you see and why.
3. Network
 -Meet new people and talk to them.
4. Think in opposites.
 -Every idea has an opposite. Sometimes opportunities or ideas can be
found in it.
5. Reinvent the wheel.
 -Think of ways to spice up old products or services. Take a product and
make a list of 50 unexpected uses for it. This process may create ideas for
something completely new.
6. Challenge your ruts.
 -Change the way you do things. Experience something new. Change the
radio station or eat at a different restaurant.

This was the first official  week and it showed how the course will be.  I find my self catching up with the others and with all the material to read. I didn't thought that will be so much to read, I am slow reader too. What I found impressive was that  all the material, which I read ,  were really interesting , and I didn't want to stop reading.
I choose the book the Start Up of You but I was even interested to read the Kawasaki Guy book and look interesting but since were at start up still I read that to refresh my mind.
I am still thinking on what to do for the 100 $ challenge. When you planned in your mind everything looks easy but the hard time is to put them in practice. I have a couple of ideas but I don't know if they are going to work or are valid at all.
My only problem is get distracted pretty easy and I need to find the will to keep pursuing. Even that I failed a couple of time, I know that I can achieve some of them If I am persistent

Bruce Thompson

             I want to start off with a quote from the video of the Bruce Thompson life: the process catching a deal is more exciting than the deal its self. I have seen this to be true in my life too. The emotion and the feeling that you have in that period of uncertainty and courage to take that step into darkness with the hope and faith in yourself that everything will be fine is unique. The most important message that he brought to me was that, the relation that you have with people and the adversity you overcome together are more important that the results and the money of course. His example that even he had a big company to run and was all day busy, never the less he found time to stop ponder and spend time with his family. He was a successful entrepreneur but even a devoted father and loving husband. I think we need to follow his example on balancing our time and set the boundaries. Something very valuable that he mention was that doesn’t matter what it takes, you always need to do the right thing. The key to success is perseverance. Keep up the hard work be confident in yourself , never lose hope and things will work out. To conclude business is just a part of life and not everything, as I mention in the beginning the relationship with other and Heavenly father that really matters.

Final Week

   My Last Lecture 

                   This was a great journey, I had the opportunity to learn a lot of new things.

During this semester I got really to learn who I am and what are my desires and how can I use this knowledge in profit of the entrepreneurship. This journey was organized to develop the ability and understand better what an entrepreneur does, what is his lifestyle and  the impact on the society, but what most important things how to keep a balance between your work and family.

I got to learn to follow my dreams or better remind me of my big dreams that I forgotten during the way. The lecture on this course brought big hope and taught how to dream big a gain. Of course I had to learn how to discern what to follow most and how to build a life of meaning and not guided by the desire to make the community a better place. I learn that in this journey if you are drifted by the money you are not going anywhere and going to end-up miserable at the end.

I am regretful that I had the opportunity to attend this course and being able to develop further my knowledge and testimony of the savior.

Week 12

A Journey of Gratitude 

I am great full for the possibility that our Heavenly father has given to us to restart things over. I know we are not perfect and sometimes we fail to accomplished our mission in earth. I want to express my gratitude to heavenly father for the possibility I have to repent and to reconcile with him. Thank to the atonement of Christ this is possible . The power of the Atonement is really accessible for you. Don't deny the power of godliness any further. Heavenly Father and Jesus love you always. That's something to be truly grateful for along this journey. I have had up and down but the faith in God have help me get throw difficult times and see the light at the end of tunnel.

I think the knowledge that God is in charge has given a positive energy and attitude that miracles can happen and they happen everyday. I came from a poor country and a family where my mother was always working and being busy to keep the family going and she had a great faith and always being optimistic. This attitude towards challenges help her and our family pull throw the rainy days. I have develop the same attitude of being positive about life. Sometimes the future seems to be dark due to the circumstances around us, but I  I cast the burden of doubt.

Week 11

     

Changing the World

         This week we touch on how entrepreneurship might help the world and building a little bit of heaven on earth. Social conscious entrepreneurship isn't all that different from entrepreneurship in the what that gets done.  This in mind the lesson shows some examples of different companies who tried to make the world a better place. 

This week video were about hunting the right cause and make ti personal. How to make the community a better place. I liked the Gandhi Talisman story :  This is an answer that Gandhi gave when he was leading the resistance movement against the British, and people would come to him and say, "Mahatma, how do I know if what I'm doing is good?"  What is the ultimate test of whether what I'm doing is good or not? He said, "I will give you a talisman. I will give you an amulet, a charm that will protect you from ever making a mistake." That talisman was this. He said, "Before you act, consider the face of the poorest and most destitute person that you have ever chance to meet. Remember that person and his life and his circumstances, and then ask yourself if that which you are about to do will benefit that person. And if it will, you're doing the right thing. You're safe. You're protected from making a mistake. And if it won't, think again. 

I think its hard to get the world a bit fair and to reduce the gap between the poor and the rich. But we can try it to make our part and some time not to think for our self. Its important too the vision that a company has. This vision is important in helping people realize what they are doing and for what reasons and is a vision that need to be scaled in the process of your journey.

Week 10

Life Balance

This week lesson was on how to keep a balance between you family life and business.
Before going there I want to share something important that is connected with the topic this week but even what we have been learning so far, that money are important but not everything. It was an article at the lesson that talked about attitude towards money and how we see money in our life. The article talked about that money are not evil but the way we use it can determine many things, We can use our money to make something good or to hurt someone even an evil things, We have different point of views on money and this is about our filters that we have in our mind for seeing money, This filter are created in our mind from our background and culture, from my experience and of course from our needs in life. Money can show we who we really are, Said all this to be connected to our topic of the week because if we are not really attach to the money and we manage them well so we cant be desperate about money, we can have a balance life. In most of the time this will not happen so we will need to make some important choice in our life and to take a decision and to prioritize our priority. Is the family first or the job. Most of people use the family for justifying they desire of achievement and their classic phrase is I am doing for us and for our family, In those moment we need to realize if those extra money (those extra hours of work) are necessary? Because that time doesn't come back and you cloud spend it with you family and friends or to do something good for the community,
Its hard to have a balance life with family, business , and adding fulfilling church calling without letting go some extra money. 

week 9

Dream Big 

                                Lesson of the week do not under estimated yourself. 

This is something that happens often, we all have big dreams but the waking up moments knock there and you forget about those big dreams that you used to dream. When you are a child or a teenager you dream big dreams no fear no body can stop the world is yours. As you grow up the doubt get throw you and your dreams and start to think I am not good enough and get in the path of mediocrity. We can do the impossible if we involve the lord and have faith and work hard toward our goals and big dreams. It will take time and effort. Its fund to do great things and achieve high goals and not settle it for less.

Google's 20 percent time. This concept that you get to spend one day a wee working on whatever you want  is amazing. the statistics have showed that this time that engineers of good used on their own project came out to be very productive and the produce the 50% of the Google products 

and really wants them to explore whatever it is that they want to explore, and it's that license to do whatever they want that really ultimately fuels a huge amount of creativity and a huge amount of innovation. Because they trust them to pursue their dreams what ever they where they had a lot of achievement.

WEEK 8

                          Trustworthy and Loyalty 

                          It was an intense week full of great teaching. This lesson are valuable not only for the entrepreneurship journey but for a daily life. There some couple things to mention for this week starting first how to build trust to others.

                   Trustworthiness occurs when you first of all trust others. So when you first put your trust on the other without doubt and not knowing if they will do the same to you, experience has shown that they trust you back. 

So, there are bakers and eaters. When an eater sees a pie, an eater is thinking, "Zero-sum game. I need to get as much of the pie as possible. My gain of the pie is your loss of the pie. I need to get as much of the pie as possible." A baker, by contrast, sees the world as an opportunity to make more pies and bigger pies. Trustworthy people are bakers, not eaters. They see the world as a non-zero-sum game. The third quality of trustworthiness is you need to default to yes. Defaulting to yes means that when you meet people, you are always thinking, "How can I help that person?" which is very different than when you meet people, you're always thinking, "How can that person help me?" Default to yes. If you want to be a great net worker and a great schmoozer, always be thinking when you're meeting people, "How can I help the person? so in this game will be people who will not live at your expectation but that number who will not follow will be not be relevant. Something that I like to use is the benefit of doubt so we can give each other an other opportunity to start over.

           Have people with high strand and moral ethics in your work helps you achieve you mission and company. When hiring people we should seek for good personality trait.

A leader lead by vision, by example and by love.

week 7

Over coming Challenge

In every adventure you will have to face a lot of unexpeted things that will happend but will have even their own challenge on the way. In most of time my challenge is the self doubt, like what I will have to make the difference since their will be a lot of people who will try to achieve what you are planning. The way that I deal with it was the belive that I can make it repeat several times and face it. The mentality that if you dont try you already failed, so at least we can try it and face it everyday and what help me it was planning and planing for B plan. 

The positive attitude towards challenges and the desire to move on help me get throw it. 

Week 6

                                                        Moving forward with passion and real intent

This week we the lesson was about how passion and the desire help you moves forward in difficult times. The desire you have to achieve you goal should be genuine and need to stay true and faithful to our principle. In the way to get to the top the world has created some shortcuts that are not healthy for our business. The purpose   of the business should be to get close to people and help them and in the meantime getting profit out of that. When start a business the goal should be to change the world, or making word a better place. Having an optimistic way that while you doing what you love not because is that want you want to do, but rather because you will put your passion on it and you will do it better than the other and the money will follow. In the leadership is about three things: capability, collaboration, and character. Of course, when we think about capability, we think about skills, we think about experiences, all of those things are important. But sometimes, the most important capability you can have is the capability to ask a question and hear the answer. Every time you go into a new situation, you have to ask questions to understand what's there. Customers always know what's wrong Charles Darwin said, "It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent, but those most adaptive to change."

Week 5

Finance Stability 

                     This week was pack of different information and really good material, that give a better picture of the way to become an entrepreneur. The thing that I want to focus this week is about Finance or personal finance. I want to start with thought that dont underestimate the power of money. In the Rich Grad video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=11yT_lZag3Q  talks about how money amplify who you are at the core. So a generous people who has more money will become more generous and same for someone else who has different characteristics.  Most of people focus more in the income and if they can earn more money, and focus less on what are their expenses or how to they manage those money. A good money management will help you figure out those expenses that are not needed, and not worthy of working the extra hours. When most of us focus more on the income and expenses, which just help us to stay out of debt to survive for this month, that are 2 other aspect of finance that can help us realise better where we are going and this are Assets and Liability. Assets brings money in doesn't matter if we are working or not and Liability gets money out of pocket. If we are able to make good choice and not be tempted but the phrase buy now and pay latter and the powerful marketing world, we can invest those money in assets instead of liability. This way money will generate more money and have a better financial stability. Having a stable financial life will not help you in the temporary and material life but even in the spiritual life. How come ?

Simple if we are focused on how to accomplish our first needs on how to get out of debt we will lose track of our faith, our mind will be busy thinking, where to find money, money, money, so will forget our lord or will not have time for him. If we manage our resources good we can have a prosper life spiritually and temporally. At the end goes back to the quote: Money isn't the most important thing in life, but 

most important thing in life require money.

Week 4

                                What it takes to become an Entrepreneur 


                The question this week was about, Entrepreneur are made or born?
Personally I don't think that the question is right. If you pay closed attention on successful entrepreneur they can say that some were born and some develop their skills. Matter of fact we are born with some talents and skills that if we develop those skills we can achieve great things. According to the book The Start Up of You
everyone is a born entrepreneur we just need to find a way to see our potential. We should find what we love to do or what we are good at, and this doesn't necessary need to be just one area. We may like to do a lot of things and so why stopping our self to just one option. If you have a hard time find out what we like to do, we can ask our family, friends to tell us what are the things that they have seen doing better than the others. We can see what are those things that we lost track of the time while we were doing. Once we found our calling in the Entrepreneurship journey we need to work on those skills and what is important, that makes the big difference is our character to persevere to overcome those blocking stones. In our journey luck is a good thing to have, but it is not the most important thing.

Week 3

          A life live well and how would you measure you life

                       This was the topic for this week and I want to share some of the insight during this week. It has to be with choices that we made in our life, in our work, in our business, I could be a better person if I could made better choices. Mrs Barack Obama is the President of USA because he has done better choices in his life that I have done. In our companies or business we can be in top of the market if We do a better choice than our concurrent.  This was just an example because we as human begins are complex to analyze since we seek and see other things when the point comes to work and living a good life. More often we get lost in our  big project that we forgot about those little things, which at the end make the difference. Sometimes we look only for the finishing line and we don't enjoy our journey. The things that we forgot more often our the spiritual things, and we dont find anymore time for our lord and for our self and than we complain that we don't have enough time to do everything. We should remember this little things when it comes down to the relationship with the other, relation with god and relationship with ourself, In the end I want to qoute Elder J. B.Wirthlin : The question is not one of managing time, but one of managing ourselves with the time we have. The so-called little things are really important if we are to gain eternal life.

Week 2

                                                                       Honesty


                 This week topic on the entrepreneurship course material talked about honesty. To have a successful business and to stand strong during this difficult time, that business need to have integrity. In our days with speed of communication having a honest business its a must. If you try to cheat someone on your sale or other part of your activity, you are not only going to lose client, but the bad publicity will kill you.
So in order you to gain an extra 10$, you cheat someone, this person goes makes bad publicity on today communications systems, that will be from social networks to stamp press. In this case you will lose more than what gained, button line its not worth those extra 10$ if you are going to lose 100 $. Negative feedback it is not good for anyone.
This week videos it was a principle that stated that money its not everything but is important to have a good life. I guess this the pitfall for everyone that we believe that money is everything and get lost on pursuit for happiness in the pursuit of trying to get rich faster and with all the possible shortcuts .  So people find a new God to worship, the "green god " and they lose their integrity and without  those good beliefs in life we get lost. We need to keep tight to our beliefs that are like the iron road to have success in our life and business too.

Week 1

This was the first week and it showed how the course will be. I didn't do a good start due to my personal problems in my family. Now I find my catching up with the others and with all the material to read. I didn't thought that will be so much to read, I am slow reader too. What I found impressive was that  all the material, which I read ,  were really interesting , and I didn't want to stop reading. I had the opportunity to do my bucket list of my 50 things I want to do. It was the first time that I made  a list that long in fact the first 10 to 20 were easy to decide and than I need to think more in deep to figure out what I really wanted to do in my life. The question what you want to do with your life ? I still haven't got a solid answer, at the moment in fact I am going where the wind takes me. This week material refreshed my dreams and my goals and even some looks really hard to achieve at this moment, but none of them looks impossible. My only problem is get distracted pretty easy and I need to find the will to keep pursuing. Even that I failed a couple of time, I know that I can achieve some of them If I am persistent. I am trying to some order in life and to work on thing I want to do.

First Week

Introduction to Entrepreneur

It was a rush start of a first week, and a lot of things got throw my mind and schedule.
The talk of Elder D. Bednar on how to be a disciple of Christ, was really helpful. It helps me understand better my goal on education and what is more important help me realize how important is education in the service of god. I knew as a doctrine that we should never stop learning, but I always thought in the egoistic way that was only for my benefits. It stuck in my mind that to serve god we need even a strong mind not only a mighty heart. During this first week the video that I watched with the Kawasaki guy, It impressed me the fact on we should do thing because we like it and we fill accomplished and not only for the money. In a poor country like Albania where most of people seek only jobs that will provide money, and don't follow their dreams, having this mindset is a great tool. So if we seek a job or a career only for the benefits of money will come a day that we end up miserly. We can end up miserly rich or poor but the key word here is miserly we wont be happy.
